(the words for each week are at the bottom of these instructions).
Use a whole page of your book.“Wordart” the word of the week.
Colour and decorate.
Separate the word into syllables.
Write an enhanced sentence underlining,
highlighting or colouring the word.
Use a dictionary to find the meaning of the word.
Write the meaning in your own words.
Write any word extensions of the word.
Write 4 synonyms + 2 antonyms for the word.
Identify a chunk in the word. Record 10 other words with the same chunk.
Draw or find a picture that illustrates the word
Make sure your spelling is accurate,
And your work is neat.
